Wir sind hali - ein freches, smartes, variantenre... 1 SAP Inhouse Berater für FI/CO - Stream Record 2 Report (all genders) Stellenbeschreibung Wir besetzen in unserer BGO Group IT mehrere SAP Inhouse-Positionen zur Betreuung verschiedener Streams innerhalb unserer Systemlandschaft:

* für FI/CO Stream Record 2 Report * für Development/Entwicklung (BTP, Fiori, CDS Views)

Qualifikationen DEINE MISSION:

* S/4HANA Greenfield-Implementierung: Aktive Mitwirkung über alle Phasen (Discover, Prepare, Explore inkl. Fit-to-Standard/Fit/Gap, Realize, Test, Deploy/Cutover, Go-Live/Hypercare); Testmanagement (SIT, UAT), Cutover-Planung, Datenmigration; Go-Live-Support und Hypercare * Du übernimmst für deinen Stream und Modul das Anforderungsmanagement, moderierst Workshops und unterstützst bei der Business Case Erstellung * Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption, Customizing und Dokumentation eines ERP-Templates mit * Darüber hinaus arbeitest du eng zusammen mit dem Prozessmanagement, den Key Usern und dem IT-Team und konzipierst innovative Lösungen für den Stream * Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung der Key-User im Tagesgeschäft sowie Durchführung von Schulungen; 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für die Key User und Fachbereiche * Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenpflege, Migrationen und Schnittstellen zwischen Modulen

Dafür bringst du folgendes mit:

* Projektmethodik: Fundierte Erfahrung mit Agile/Scrum und SAP Activate; sicherer Umgang mit SAP Cloud ALM (End-to-End-Projektsteuerung, Requirements, Test-, Defect- und Release-Management). * Arbeitsweise & Kommunikation: Kommunikationsstark, moderationssicher, eigenverantwortlich, teamorientiert; fließend in Deutsch und Englisch. * Zertifizierungen: Einschlägige SAP S/4HANA-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SAP Certified Application Associate in relevanten Modulen wie FI/CO/MM/SD/EWM, SAP Activate Project Manager, SAP Cloud ALM) * Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ gleichwertige Berufserfahrung. * Führerschein Klasse B & Reisebereitschaft * Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
