Du steigst ein und kannst direkt Vollgas geben, entlastet deinen Projektleiter Kollegen, der Vater wird und bist du so eines internationales Rollout eines Industriekonzerns.

Setting: 100% Freiheit durch die Ortswahl bei gelegentlichen persönlichen Treffen 1 SAP Inhouse Consultant für SF / HCM (w/m/d)

Aufgabengebiet:

* Du begleitest den Rollout Gesellschaft für Gesellschaft bis 2030 weltweit

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung einzelner Workstreams im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors & HCM

* Du übernimmst dabei laufende Themen und trägst das Projekt gemeinsam mit einem Team unter anderem durch die intensive Phasen des Rollouts

* Du analysierst und gestaltest die HR-Prozesse hinter den Modulen und stellst sicher, dass die technische Umsetzung darauf aufbaut

* Du erkennst Sonderthemen, sobald sie auftauchen, schätzt ab, was sie für das Projekt bedeuten, und gründest die passende Arbeitsgruppe

Skill-Set

Dein Ausbildungsweg:

* Du kommst aus der IT: Du hast Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Richtung studiert und dich über SAP-Projekte in die HR-Welt eingearbeitet

* Oder du kommst aus dem Personalbereich: Du hast Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Richtung studiert und dich über HR-Projekte in die SAP-Welt eingearbeitet

Weiterer Werdegang & Kenntnisse:

* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) aus SAP SuccessFactors- oder SAP HCM-Projekten mit

* Du hast bereits Projekte oder Workstreams geleitet und kannst Verantwortung eigenständig übernehmen

* Für die Zusammenarbeit im Team sprichst du deutsch & für die internationale Zusammenarbeit sehr gut englisch

* Echte Verantwortung: Du bist Projektleitung auf Augenhöhe mit dem bestehenden Projektleiter und führst eigene Workstreams, nicht nur Teilaufgaben

* Flexibles Setup: Ob 25, 30 oder 35 Stunden pro Woche, ob überwiegend remote oder im Office - alle sind willkommen und das Setting ist anpassungsfähig

* Teamgefühl: Deine Teamleiterin sprüht für Energie, alle kommen gerne auch mal in persona zusammen & das Projekt ist super angelaufen - du wirst also herzlich aufgenommen werden

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 6.000 und EUR 6.500 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
