Mit unseren rund 1.200 Mitarbeiter*innen schaffen wir für den Magistrat der Stadt Wien und den Wiener... 1 SAP Modul Berater*in für Personalverwaltungssysteme Ihr Aufgabengebiet Sie sind bereits im SAP-Umfeld zuhause und möchten Ihre Erfahrung nutzen, um gemeinsam mit uns innovative HR-Lösungen rund um SAP HCM, HXM und SuccessFactors weiterzuentwickeln? Das Team Personalverwaltungssysteme trägt die Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung von Services zu den Themenbereichen Gehaltsverrechnung und Personalverwaltung.

* Sie verantworten die technische Betreuung von SAP HCM-Modulen (PY, PA, OM, PT, SuccessFactors) sowie für die Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von SAP-Vorhaben und Arbeitspaketen in Projekten im Bereich Personalverwaltung * Sie führen Bedarfsanalysen durch und beraten Kund*innen (MA2) hinsichtlich der optimalen Nutzung von SAP-Modulen im Bereich Personalverwaltung * Sie übernehmen Planung und Durchführung von SAP-Implementierungen, einschließlich der Anpassung und Konfiguration von SAP-Lösungen im Bereich Personalverwaltung * Sie erstellen technische Spezifikationen und Dokumentationen für die entwickelten Lösungen * Sie führen Anpassungen bzw. Customizing der SAP-Module für spezifische Geschäftsprozesse und Anforderungen der Kund*innen durch

Ihr Profil * Sie verfügen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Systemen * Sie haben Erfahrung in der Durchführung von SAP-Implementierungsobjekten und -vorhaben sowie in der Anpassung und Konfiguration von SAP-Modulen * Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP-Module HCM, SuccessFactors und BTP * Sie verfügen über fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in ABAP oder Java * Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Kund*innenanforderungen zu erheben und umzusetzen sowie Beratungsleistungen anzubieten * Sie können gute Deutschkenntnisse vorweisen (zumindest Level B2) * Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig, überzeugen durch Ihr sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen * Sie achten auf Genauigkeit und es liegt Ihnen, bei parallelen Aufträgen den Überblick zu behalten

Wir bieten ein Einstiegsgehalt von 4.723,42 Euro brutto monatlich (40 Wochenstunden, 14x jährlich). Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten kann sich ein höheres Gehalt ergeben.
