Een S/4HANA-transformatie wordt zelden complex door één module. De uitdaging zit in de samenhang tussen processen, data, integraties, workstreams en stakeholders.

Als Senior SAP Project Manager leid je SAP ERP- en S/4HANA-trajecten over verschillende functionele en technische domeinen heen. Je bewaakt de samenhang van het volledige project en zorgt voor duidelijke governance wanneer scope, resources, timing of prioriteiten verschuiven.

De projecten

Je werkt op bedrijfskritische trajecten zoals:

  • S/4HANA-transformaties;
  • greenfield implementaties;
  • internationale roll-outs;
  • global template-projecten;
  • harmonisatie- en integratietrajecten;
  • optimalisatie van complexe SAP-landschappen.

Het gaat om projecten met meerdere parallelle workstreams en afhankelijkheden tussen onder meer Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, data, integraties en technische architectuur.

Afhankelijk van het programma kunnen verschillende landen, entiteiten en businessunits betrokken zijn, met meerdere interne en externe stakeholders die op elkaar afgestemd moeten worden.

Je verantwoordelijkheid loopt over de volledige lifecycle: van voorbereiding en governance tot implementatie, go-live en stabilisatie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat een complex SAP-project bestuurbaar blijft.

Je combineert resultaatgerichtheid met menselijk leiderschap. Je durft te challengen, verwachtingen scherp te stellen en beslissingen af te dwingen wanneer nodig, maar weet ook hoe je vertrouwen creëert en projectteams en stakeholders meekrijgt.

Je brengt mensen mee in beslissingen, maar houdt teams en stakeholders ook accountable voor gemaakte afspraken, milestones en delivery.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • de projectstructuur, governance en besluitvorming bewaken;
  • scope, planning, budget en capaciteit sturen;
  • de afstemming tussen projectteams en SAP-domeinen organiseren;
  • risico's, knelpunten en escalaties tijdig aanpakken;
  • overleg met beslissingsnemers voorbereiden en belangrijke projectbeslissingen begeleiden;
  • de uitvoering bewaken tot en met go-live en stabilisatie.

Je krijgt het mandaat om prioriteiten te challengen en bij te sturen wanneer scope, resources of delivery onder druk komen.

Projectmanagement betekent hier niet het administreren van een planning. Het betekent weten waar delivery werkelijk dreigt vast te lopen, de juiste gesprekken voeren en ervoor zorgen dat beslissingen ook tot actie leiden.

Het profiel

Je hebt al meerdere jaren verantwoordelijkheid gedragen binnen SAP-projecten en beschikt over een sterke track record binnen SAP project- of programme delivery.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met meerdere van onderstaande elementen:

  • full lifecycle SAP-implementaties of transformaties;
  • S/4HANA-projecten;
  • multidisciplinaire projectteams;
  • meerdere parallelle SAP-workstreams;
  • projectbudgetten en resourceplanning;
  • senior stakeholdermanagement;
  • governance en steering committees;
  • internationale of multi-entity omgevingen.

Je bent vandaag bijvoorbeeld Senior SAP Project Manager, SAP Project Manager, Delivery Lead of Programme/Project Lead.

Je hoeft niet de inhoudelijke specialist binnen elke SAP-module te zijn. Wel heb je voldoende SAP-ervaring om afhankelijkheden te begrijpen, risico's in te schatten en inhoudelijk geloofwaardig te schakelen met consultants, architects en business- en IT-management.

Professioneel Nederlands en Engels zijn belangrijk.
