Als Scale Up Specialist in Roggel zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe producten, recepturen en technologieën vanuit R&D soepel worden geïmplementeerd op de productievloer. Je begeleidt pilot-runs, proefproducties en eerste commerciële runs van A tot Z. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, helpt technische vraagstukken en afwijkingen op te lossen en traint operators in het toepassen van nieuwe methodes. Daarnaast signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden en vertaal je deze naar concrete initiatieven.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• Samenwerken met R&D aan de introductie van nieuwe producten, recepturen en technologieën; • Van A tot Z begeleiden van pilot-runs, proefproducties en eerste commerciële productieruns; • Daadkrachtig aanpakken en oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken op de productievloer; • Delen van expertise door het geven van trainingen, coaching en praktische ondersteuning aan operators; • Vlot herkennen van verbeterkansen en deze omzetten naar waardevolle, concrete initiatieven; • Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen operators, R&D, technische specialisten en management; • Waarborgen van de overgang van innovatieve ideeën naar een stabiel en schaalbaar productieproces; • Helder communiceren van voortgang en technische resultaten aan alle betrokken afdelingen.
