Complexe dossiers, verschillende partijen en altijd op zoek naar de juiste oplossing? In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over schade- en verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z. Je analyseert wat er precies gebeurd is, brengt de betrokken partijen samen en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en efficiënt worden opgevolgd.

Je werkt voor een grote bouwgroep en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende dossiers rond schade, aansprakelijkheid en verzekeringen. Daarbij schakel je vlot tussen collega's, verzekeringsmakelaars, experten, advocaten en directie. Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde en je krijgt de nodige vrijheid om je dossiers zelfstandig te beheren.

  • Schade- en verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z opvolgen.
  • Schadegevallen analyseren en aansprakelijkheden beoordelen.
  • Contact onderhouden met verzekeringsmakelaars, experten, advocaten en collega's.
  • Claims opvolgen en zorgen dat dossiers tijdig en correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Werfgebonden verzekeringen afsluiten en bestaande polissen opvolgen.
  • Polisvoorwaarden en verzekeringspremies controleren.
  • Collega's en directie adviseren bij vragen rond verzekeringen en aansprakelijkheid.
  • Deadlines, procedures en wettelijke verplichtingen bewaken.
  • Meedenken over mogelijke risico's en passende verzekeringsoplossingen.

  • Een bachelor Rechtspraktijk, master Rechten of gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt een goede basis.
  • Ervaring binnen verzekeringen, schadebeheer of claims management is belangrijk.
  • Kennis van verzekeringsrecht is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met bouwgerelateerde verzekeringen is een extra troef.
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot; kennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Analytisch denken en complexe informatie tot de essentie kunnen herleiden, ligt je goed.
  • Nauwkeurig en discreet werken spreekt voor zich.
  • Zelfstandig dossiers opnemen én tegelijk vlot overleggen met anderen: daar haal je energie uit.
