Hoewel we een voorkeur hebben voor kandidaten die hun bekwaamheid in ons vakgebied al hebben aangetoond, staan we ook open voor opkomend talent dat misschien minder ervaring heeft maar des te meer enthousiasme en potentieel toont. In deze rol zul je onderzoeken leiden naar de omvang en oorzaak van goederenschades, die zowel tijdens transport als opslag kunnen optreden. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om passende maatregelen te treffen om de schade te beperken. Na het afronden van uw onderzoek wordt van je verwacht dat je een helder en uitgebreid schaderapport opstelt. Onze werkzaamheden vinden plaats zowel op kantoor als op locaties, waaronder schepen, terminals en loodsen, in binnen- en buitenland. Hierdoor biedt deze functie een uitstekende balans tussen analytisch denkwerk en praktische inzet. Bovendien begeleiden we vanuit ons kantoor goederenclaims in het buitenland, waarbij we lokale experts aansturen en contact onderhouden met verschillende belanghebbenden. We verwelkomen je graag om samen met ons deze uitdagende taken aan te pakken. Wij zoeken naar een kandidaat: - Die een opleiding heeft gevolgd op HBO- of WO-niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van vervoer/logistiek, een juridische studie of een opleiding in chemie of voeding. - Die een uitstekende beheersing heeft van zowel de Engelse als de Nederlandse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven. - Die een geldig rijbewijs B bezit. - Die uitblinkt in communicatie en het aangaan van contacten. - Die over een flexibele instelling beschikt en niet vastzit aan een strikt "9 tot 5" werkschema - Die in staat is om zelfstandig en nauwgezet te werken, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Die een sterke, onafhankelijke persoonlijkheid heeft, die de capaciteit heeft om op locati...
