Behandel schadeclaims, werk hybride en verdien € 19,45 per uur. Wat ga je doen? Een schade melden is meestal niet bepaald een feestje. Gelukkig ben jij er om klanten daarna zo goed mogelijk op weg te helpen. Als Schadebehandelaar bij Nationale-Nederlanden in Zwolle duik je in zakelijke schadeclaims, zoek je uit wat er nodig is en zorg je dat alles netjes wordt afgehandeld. En dat met genoeg ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen. Jij houdt de schade op koers Schadeclaims komen via verschillende kanalen bij je binnen. Jij beoordeelt de claim, duikt in de polisvoorwaarden en bepaalt hoe de schade het beste kan worden afgehandeld. Je behandelt minder complexe schadeclaims en houdt ondertussen de voortgang van ingediende claims scherp in de gaten. Ook het contact met de klant en eventueel de tussenpersoon hoort erbij. Je zorgt dat zij op tijd een terugkoppeling krijgen en dat dossiers binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving, het beleid en de richtlijnen worden afgehandeld. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met fraudecontrole en schakel je met interne en externe partijen. Een team waar je op kunt bouwen Je komt terecht in een team van 17 collega's . Iedereen werkt met meerdere branches of producten en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten goed worden geholpen. Even sparren over een dossier? Feedback geven of ontvangen?
