Door sterke groei is onze klant op zoek naar een ASPIRANT schade-expert met een graduaat Autotechnieken of een Bachelor Autotechnologie op zak voor de regio Vlaanderen – Antwerpen – Oost- & West-Vlaanderen.

Onze klant voert onafhankelijke schade-expertises uit op bedrijfswagens:

Stilstaande wagens, poolwagens en einde-leasewagens. Dit gaat van pre-checks tot volledige schade-inspecties, ondersteund door digitale tools en mobiele applicaties.

Je leert alle aspecten van schade-inspectie in de praktijk;

Je wordt intensief begeleid door een stagemeester;

Na het traject leg je het IAE-examen af, met als doel: erkend schade-expert te worden.

Wat leer je concreet?

Inspecteren volgens de Rentanorm;

Werken met digitale tools en mobiele applicaties;

Klantgerichte communicatie tijdens inspecties;

Administratieve verwerking en rapportering;

Transparante communicatie met klanten en opdrachtgevers;

Dagelijkse afstemming met je teammanager.

Jouw rol

  • Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde schade-inspecties;
  • Inspecties bij klanten, vaak in hun aanwezigheid;
  • Correct toelichten van schade, normen en herstelmethodes;
  • Administratieve verwerkingen en rapportering binnen deadlines;
  • Transparante communicatie met opdrachtgevers;
  • Sporadische wagenopleveringen met focus op klantbeleving;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met je teammanager.

Jouw profiel

  • Diploma bachelor autotechnologie of graduaat voertuigtechnieken
  • Klantgericht en communicatief
  • Je hebt een geldig IAE-erkenningsnummer
  • Teamplayer met commerciële feeling
  • Probleemoplossend en leergierig
  • Vlotte digitale vaardigheden
  • Flexibel inzetbaar tussen 7u30 en 18u00
  • Goede kennis NL – kennis FR/EN is een plus (of bereid om dit te verbeteren)
