Voor onze schadebeheer- en schade-inspectiedienst zijn wij op zoek naar een aspirant schade-expert die graag een IAE-erkenning wil behalen.

Onze klant bied een uniek proces voor schade-inspectie van bedrijfswagens, waaronder stilstaande voertuigen, poolwagens en einde-leasewagens. Van pre-checks tot volledige schade-inspecties, inclusief advies over reparaties en schadebeheer, bieden ze een compleet pakket. Onze auto-inspecteurs maken gebruik van innovatieve technologische tools om de inspecties op een neutrale en onafhankelijke basis uit te voeren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat is het plan?

  • Je start met een tweejarige, betaalde stage tot schade-expert, waarin je alle aspecten van schade-inspectie voor bedrijfswagens leert. Heb je jouw diploma al? Dan kan je onmiddellijk aan de slag.
  • Je wordt begeleid door een stagemeester die je continu opvolgt en opleidt.
  • Na twee jaar leg je het examen af bij het IAE en behaal je je erkenningsnummer als schade-expert.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je leert gedetailleerde schade-inspecties uitvoeren volgens de Rentanorm, met behulp van een app en online tools.
  • Je krijgt ervaring in klantgerichtheid, aangezien je de inspecties uitvoert in het bijzijn van de klant of bestuurder.
  • Je verwerkt schadegegevens administratief en maakt rapporten binnen de deadlines.
  • Je leert transparant communiceren en hebt dagelijks contact met je team manager.
  • Een diploma in autotechnologie of voertuigtechnieken is vereist. Zonder één van beide diploma’s kom je helaas niet in aanmerking voor deze functie.
  • Sterke klantgerichtheid en een natuurlijke interesse in menselijke contacten.
  • Een vlotte samenwerking in teamverband, gecombineerd met een commerciële en communicatieve ingesteldheid.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en een sterke focus op resultaten.
  • Niet bang om problemen of aandachtspunten tijdig bij de leidinggevende aan te kaarten.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels of de bereidheid om hierin verder te groeien.
  • Vlotte kennis van Word en Excel en een goede digitale ingesteldheid.
  • Als digital native snel vertrouwd met nieuwe online tools en systemen.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken binnen een variabel uurrooster tussen 7u30 en 18u00.
