Wat ga je doen? Wil jij alles leren over aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen en het beoordelen van schades? Als Schadebehandelaar Aansprakelijkheid (AVP minder complex) bij Achmea in Tilburg speel jij een cruciale rol in het afhandelen van schadeclaims van particuliere klanten. Jij beoordeelt wie aansprakelijk is, hoe groot de schade is en of deze onder de verzekering valt. In deze functie neem je beslissingen over dekking, aansprakelijkheid en betalingen. Je hebt veel klantcontact en werkt samen met externe deskundigen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling en deel je je kennis met collega-schadebehandelaars. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Telefonisch behandelen van aansprakelijkheidsschades van particuliere klanten van Interpolis, Centraal Beheer en FBTO. - Beoordelen van de polisdekking en vaststellen van de aansprakelijkheid. - Analyseren en bepalen van de hoogte van de schadevergoeding. - Actief meedenken over het verbeteren van beleid en werkprocessen.
