Als jij ervan houdt om je vast te bijten in dit soort puzzels en tegelijkertijd klanten van Interpolis, Centraal Beheer en FBTO gerust te stellen, dan is dit de uitdaging voor jou! In de rol van Schadebehandelaar Aansprakelijkheid behandel jij schades voor onze particuliere klanten. Je bent niet zomaar een medewerker; je bent de regisseur van het schadedossier. Je analyseert aansprakelijkheidsvraagstukken, onderhandelt met tegenpartijen en hakt knopen door over het wel of niet uitkeren van een vergoeding. Je combineert jouw administratieve nauwkeurigheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om alle betrokkenen, van de klant tot de schade-expert, op de juiste manier te informeren. Bij Achmea in Tilburg werk je per 26 oktober in een multidisciplinair team van ongeveer 60 collega's. Hoewel je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk bent voor jouw dossiers, sta je er nooit alleen voor. We werken volgens een 'continu verbeteren'-mentaliteit: we horen graag jouw frisse blik op onze processen en digitale tools, zodat we onze dienstverlening elke dag een beetje slimmer maken.
