Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Schadebehandelaar Inkomen & Verzuim voor 32 tot 40 uur per week in Waardenburg. Interessante baan? Functieomschrijving Als Schadebehandelaar Inkomen & Verzuim houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Controleren en afwikkelen van schade-uitkeringen; - Controleren van sancties en relevante regelgeving; - Meedenken over processen en optimalisaties; - Berekenen en boeken van reserveringen; - Onderhouden van nauw contact met Verzuimmanagement; - Afhandelen van vragen van interne en externe klanten; - Opvragen en controleren van loonstroken en verzuimrapportages; - Aanleggen en bijhouden van schadedossiers; - Aanmaken van schadelastrapporten; - Boeken van schade-uitkeringen. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk Onze opdrachtgever is gevolmachtigd agent van diverse verzekeraars en heeft de bevoegdheid om namens deze verzekeraars verzekeringen te accepteren en schades af te wikkelen. Daarmee vormt onze opdrachtgever een belangrijke schakel tussen adviseurs en verzekeraars. De organisatie bestaat uit ongeveer 800 collega's, verdeeld over landelijke advieskantoren. Voor in het team van onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Schadebehandelaar Inkomen & Verzuim. In deze functie help je relaties bij de afhandeling van schades. Je beoordeelt deskundig of een schade onder de dekking valt en communiceert gedurende het gehele schadeproces zorgvuldig en duidelijk over de vervolgstappen. Binnen de organisatie zijn de lijnen kort, ligt het werktempo hoog en is er ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Samenwerking en teamgevoel spelen hierbij een belangrijke rol.
