In deze rol werk je binnen een gevestigde speler in de lease-, financierings- en verzekeringsmarkt. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat schades zorgvuldig worden afgehandeld. Daarbij krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om mee te denken over een nog betere dienstverlening. Voor een ervaren schadeprofessional is dit een mooie stap naar een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgericht werken centraal staan. De rol in het kort Als Schadebehandelaar behandel je motorrijtuigschades van begin tot eind. Je beoordeelt schademeldingen, onderhoudt contact met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct worden afgehandeld. Je komt terecht in een hecht team binnen de backoffice van een toonaangevende organisatie in de automotive financiële dienstverlening. Wat je gaat doen - Je registreert en verwerkt nieuwe schademeldingen in de systemen. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, verzekeraars, tegenpartijen en andere betrokkenen. - Je verhaalt schades waar mogelijk op aansprakelijke partijen. - Je verzorgt betalingen en de bijbehorende correspondentie. - Je rondt dossiers administratief af en zorgt voor een correcte vastlegging van alle gegevens.
