Help jij onze klanten wanneer het er écht op aankomt? Bij Assurantiekantoor Feenstra geloven we dat een verzekering pas echt zijn waarde bewijst op het moment dat er schade is. Als Schadebehandelaar ben jij de onmisbare regelaar die onze particuliere en zakelijke klanten ontzorgt. Je begeleidt het proces van A tot Z, onderhoudt het contact met verzekeraars en zorgt dat elke claim rechtvaardig en vlot wordt afgehandeld. Je werkt vanuit ons prachtig gerenoveerde kantoor in Amsterdam binnen een team waar professionaliteit en een gezellige sfeer hand in hand gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

- Behandelen: Je neemt de volledige regie over schadeclaims binnen diverse branches en wikkelt deze zelfstandig af.

- Begeleiden: Je bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor onze relaties; je beantwoordt vragen en stelt klanten gerust tijdens het proces.

- Schakelen: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met verzekeraars om tot de beste oplossing voor onze klanten te komen.

- Adviseren: Je beoordeelt de dekking op polissen en adviseert klanten over de te nemen stappen.

- Administreren: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige dossiervorming en houdt alle betrokkenen proactief op de hoogte.

Je bent iemand die:

- Beschikt over MBO-/HBO-werk- en -denkniveau.

- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk is.

- Nauwkeurig werkt en overzicht weet te bewaren.

- Stressbestendig is en ook onder druk het hoofd koel houdt.

- De Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

- In het bezit is van WFT Basis en WFT Schade, of bereid is deze op korte termijn te behalen.

- Bij voorkeur in (de regio) Amsterdam woont.

- Ervaring heeft in de verzekeringsbranche; motivatie en leergierigheid vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

- Aantrekkelijk salaris: Een uitstekend bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.500 en € 4.000 (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.

- Extra maand: Je ontvangt een volledige 13e maand als blijk van waarder
