Het bedrijf werd opgericht in de jaren 50 als universele garage en groeide uit tot een officiële verdeler met vestigingen tussen Antwerpen en Brussel. Ze hebben een moderne multi-merken carrosserie in Mechelen. Samen vormen deze bedrijven een sterke, lokaal verankerde familiale Automotive Group, geleid met passie voor klanten, medewerkers en producten. Ons enthousiaste team staat dagelijks in voor de verkoop van zo’n 2.000 wagens en meer dan 20.000 herstellingen en servicebeurten, met focus op kwaliteit, opleiding en klantentevredenheid. Vanwege onze voortdurende groei zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om mee te schrijven aan ons succesverhaal en deel uit te maken van dit “winning-team”.

Als Schadebeheerder in Mechelen gaan wij op zoek naar iemand die niet alleen dossiers perfect afhandelt, maar ook warme en duidelijke communicatie met klanten en partners centraal stelt.

Wat ga je doen als Schadebeheerder in Mechelen:

  • Als dossierbeheerder carrosserie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met schade aan hun wagen
  • Je begeleidt de klant van A tot Z in het herstelproces
  • Je stelt correcte schadebestekken en Informex-dossiers op voor verzekeraars, makelaars en experts
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten
  • Je houdt nauw contact met je collega's in de werkplaats en volgt de herstelling nauw op
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en verzenden van facturen en debiteuren
