Al meer dan 50 jaar is onze klant een gerespecteerde en betrouwbare onafhankelijke verzekeringsmakelaar. Om hun team te versterken, zoeken wij een gedreven Schadebeheerder Verzekeringen.

Wat zijn jouw taken?:

  • Je onderzoekt de aanleiding en oorzaak van schadegevallen, bepaalt aansprakelijkheden en controleert polissen, garanties en dekkingen.
  • Je schat schadeposten in (lichamelijk, materieel, economisch), stelt schadevergoedingen voor en regelt de uitbetaling.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en tegenpartijen.
  • Je stelt experts en deskundigen aan (voor voertuigen, medische schade, werven, etc.) en verzamelt politieverslagen of getuigenissen.
  • Je beheert de agenda voor jezelf en je team en registreert alle informatie nauwkeurig in het beheerpakket BRIO.
  • Je komt tussen bij o.a. brand, diefstal, verkeersongevallen, arbeidsongevallen en stormschade.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor Verzekeringen of een Bachelor in een juridische richting. Een eerste relevante werkervaring is een mooie troef.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect. Een basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en stressbestendig. Je durft kritisch maar constructief mee te denken.
  • Je kent de waarde van een tevreden klant en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en proactief, maar bent tevens een echt groepsbeest dat openstaat voor feedback.
  • Polissen en juridische administratie vind jij stiekem zeer boeiende lectuur!
