Als Schadebeheerder neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over complexe schade- en verzekeringsdossiers binnen een internationale transportomgeving. Je onderzoekt wat er is misgelopen, bepaalt de aansprakelijkheid en onderhandelt met verzekeraars en partners om ieder dossier correct en financieel optimaal af te handelen.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van complexe schadedossiers binnen weg-, lucht- en zeetransport.
  • Onderzoeken van schadegevallen en bepalen waar de aansprakelijkheid ligt.
  • Onderhandelen met verzekeraars, makelaars, klanten en externe partners.
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van expertises bij grotere of complexere schadegevallen.
  • Zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers met een hogere financiële impact of betrokkenheid van advocaten.
  • Rekening houden met de verschillende wetgevingen per transportmodaliteit.
  • Adviseren van interne teams bij transport- en logistieke claims.
  • Procedures rond schadebeheer opstellen, bewaken en verder optimaliseren.
  • Klantencontracten analyseren en adviseren over mogelijke verzekeringsrisico's.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen schadebeheer of verzekeringen.
  • Ervaring binnen transport is een sterke troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van complexe dossiers en aansprakelijkheidsvraagstukken.
  • Je kunt stevig maar professioneel onderhandelen met verzekeraars en externe partijen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, kritisch en nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende partijen en belangen samenkomen in een dossier.
