Je beheert complexe dossiers, analyseert aansprakelijkheidskwesties en communiceert met diverse betrokken partijen.   • Jij beheert ingrijpende schadedossiers met aanzienlijke financiële gevolgen, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van je kennis van diverse verzekeringsgebieden en wetgevingen.
  • Jij analyseert de aan jou toevertrouwde dossiers met betrekking tot dekking en aansprakelijkheid.
  • Jij berekent de potentiële kosten en reserves van de schade en neemt het initiatief om deze gedurende de gehele looptijd van het dossier zo accuraat mogelijk te houden.
  • Jij communiceert soepel met alle betrokken partijen, waaronder medisch adviseurs, advocaten, inspecteurs, klanten, slachtoffers en makelaars.
  • Jij investeert actief in je eigen ontwikkeling op het gebied van verzekeringsaspecten en juridische kennis.
  • Jij biedt technisch advies en training aan collega's van verschillende afdelingen en fungeert als back-up als juridisch aanspreekpunt.
  • Je beschikt over een universitaire masterdiploma in de juridische wetenschap.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgedaan op het gebied van arbeidsongevallen, inclusief kennis van aansprakelijkheidswetgeving.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking.
  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel en gericht op het vinden van oplossingen; je beschikt over een kritisch en analytisch denkvermogen, bent assertief, bestand tegen stress en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je staat open voor veranderingen en nieuwe trends, en je past je aan de evoluerende verwachtingen van verzekerden en tussenpersonen aan.
  • Je hebt inzicht in cijfers, wat van groot belang is voor de financiële aspecten in complexe dossiers.
