Als Schadebeheerder Auto ben jij sterk in het analyseren van situaties, hou je van klantencontact én krijg je energie van het vinden van oplossingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt klanten en tussenpersonen telefonisch bij de aangifte en opvolging van autoschadedossiers.
  • Je analyseert elk dossier grondig en beoordeelt dekking en aansprakelijkheid vanaf het eerste contact.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling volgens geldende procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en afgesproken termijnen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met experten, technische specialisten en andere interne stakeholders om dossiers succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en partners dankzij een professionele en servicegerichte aanpak.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet snel de essentie uit een dossier te halen.
  • Klanttevredenheid staat centraal in jouw aanpak. Je luistert actief, toont empathie en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een positieve ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende gesprekspartners.
