Jobomschrijving

  • Je neemt het volledige schadebeheer van voertuigen in handen, van bestek tot facturatie. Je adviseert klanten, experten en verzekering over de beste oplossingen voor autoschadeherstel. Je fungeert als schakel tussen klant en werkplaats en plant de herstelwerkzaamheden. Je bestelt onderdelen voor de herstelling en houdt contacten met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen, tussenpersonen en experts. Je maakt bestekken en offertes op voor accidenten en schadegevallen. Je meet schade op, maakt foto's van beschadigde auto's en bepaalt de wijze van herstel. Je volgt de goedkeuringen van opdrachtgevers en akkoorden met experten op. Je bewaakt de procedures en afspraken met klanten, en zorgt voor nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van het schadeproces tot aan de facturatie.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (carrosserie, automotive of gelijkwaardig). Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk. Je hebt ervaring met schadebeheer en het opmaken van bestekken. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent zelfstandig, klantgericht en weet van aanpakken. Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit bij elk dossier. Pluspunt als je ervaring hebt met verzekerings- of leasebedrijven.
