Bij deze sterk groeiende speler, onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar en bankagent bestaande uit 7 kantoren (Overmere, Kalken, Buggenhout, Gent, Sint-Niklaas of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw), werkt een team van bijna 100 enthousiaste medewerkers. Die zich dagelijks 100% inzetten om hun klanten tevreden te stellen en een positieve werksfeer te creëren . De zaakvoerders lieten de groep groeien via fusies en overnames tot de gereputeerde, sterke speler die ze op heden zijn. Zowel particuliere klanten als ondernemingen behoren tot hun doelgroep. Er worden af en toe teamactiviteiten georganiseerd en de cultuur kan het best omschreven worden als "no-nonsense": open, eerlijk en een vlakke structuur.

Jouw functie als Schadebeheerder BA Als schadebeheerder BA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van schadeclaims binnen verschillende verzekeringstakken (o.a. lichamelijke schade, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid, rechtsbijstand,…). Je neemt de dossiers van begin tot einde in handen: je analyseert de dekking en aansprakelijkheid, volgt het verloop nauwgezet op en onderhandelt met verzekeraars, experten en tegenpartijen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging, heldere communicatie en proactieve houding zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling en een optimale klantenbeleving.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als schadebeheerder binnen één of meerdere van volgende verzekeringstakken, nl. lichamelijke schade, BA en rechtsbijstand.
  • Klantgericht met sterke luistervaardigheden en het vermogen om correct en eerlijk advies te geven.
  • Een juridische achtergrond is een plus.
  • Jouw expertise en drive werken aanstekelijk om beginnende schadebeheerders een handje toe te steken. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
