Een schadegeval komt nooit gelegen. Wanneer klanten geconfronteerd worden met schade of aansprakelijkheidskwesties, verwachten ze een duidelijke aanpak, correcte beslissingen en een oplossing waarop ze kunnen vertrouwen. Net daarvoor rekenen ze op jou.

Als schadebeheerder Gemeen Recht bij KBC Verzekeringen begeleid je klanten, agenten en andere betrokken partijen doorheen het volledige schaderegelingsproces. Je analyseert dossiers, beoordeelt waarborgen en aansprakelijkheden en zoekt naar oplossingen die juridisch correct én klantgericht zijn.

Je versterkt het team Schade BA Gemeen Recht, verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van schadedossiers binnen de gezinspolis en bedrijfspolis. Door de grote variatie aan dossiers bouw je een brede expertise op in aansprakelijkheidsrecht en schaderegeling. Maar deze functie gaat verder dan dossierbeheer alleen, je denkt ook mee over onze werking.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert nieuwe schadedossiers grondig en verzamelt ontbrekende informatie.
  • Je neemt onderbouwde beslissingen over waarborg, aansprakelijkheid en schadebegroting, zowel bij stoffelijke als lichamelijke schade.
  • Je begeleidt dossiers van a tot z en bewaakt daarbij kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten, agenten, makelaars, experten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over onze processen en werking en doet voorstellen om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen het team en draagt bij aan gezamenlijke doelstellingen en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Doorgaans werk je vanuit Leuven of Gent, maar we rekenen op jouw flexibiliteit om ook andere locaties te bezoeken en zo de samenwerking over provinciegrenzen heen te versterken.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma Rechtspraktijk of Financiën & Verzekeringen en minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in schadebeheer aansprakelijkheidsrecht.
  • De wereld van schadeverzekeringen boeit je. Je kijkt ernaar uit om voortdurend bij te leren, kennis te delen met je collega’s en proactief bij te dragen tot een steeds betere manier van werken.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kan je dat ook in het Frans? Nog beter!
  • Je bent sterk in analyseren, procesmatig denken en verbeterpunten spotten.
  • Net zoals je collega’s, werk je vlot zelfstandig en durf je beslissingen te nemen. Tegelijk hou je ervan om samen met anderen doelen te bereiken.
  • Je hebt een positieve mindset. Ook in momenten van stress blijf je focussen op het resultaat.
