  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en afhandelen van brandgerelateerde schadedossiers.
  • Jij onderhoudt als schadebeheerder nauw contact met verschillende partijen, zoals makelaars en experts.
  • Jij coördineert de volledige opvolging van schadedossiers, van begin tot eind.
  • Jij start nieuwe dossiers op en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie richting alle betrokkenen gedurende het verdere proces van de schadedossiers.
  • Jij werkt hierbij klantgericht en houdt alle partijen tijdig en correct op de hoogte door middel van vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie.

De ideale kandidaat:

  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een relevante studierichting en heeft bij voorkeur 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen een organisatie.
  • Is leergierig en gemotiveerd, met het vermogen om snel prioriteiten te stellen en het verschil te herkennen tussen belangrijke zaken en details.
  • Werkt graag samen in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig en op oplossingsgerichte wijze taken uitvoeren.
  • Communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel in gesproken als geschreven vorm.
  • Heeft een klantgerichte instelling en straalt enthousiasme en positiviteit uit in de interactie met anderen.
