Ben je sterk in administratie én technisch genoeg om schade correct in te schatten? Dan is dit zo’n functie waar je echt het verschil maakt tussen frustratie en een tevreden klant.

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de automobielsector zoeken we een schadebeheerder carrosserie voor de vestiging in Aalst.

Functieomschrijving

Als schadebeheerder volg je schadedossiers op van eerste contact tot finale afhandeling.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, experten, leasingmaatschappijen en collega’s in de werkplaats. Je combineert technische kennis met administratie en planning.

Je takenpakket:

  • Klanten professioneel verder helpen via telefoon, mail en andere kanalen
  • Schadefoto’s maken en correct verwerken in het systeem
  • Bestekken opmaken in het DMS systeem en Claims360
  • Onderhandelen met experten over schadecalcu
  • Minimum TSO of graduaat
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen automotive of carrosserie
  • Ervaring met schadebestekken is noodzakelijk
  • Sterke technische kennis van carrosserie en autotechniek
  • Administratief sterk en georganiseerd
  • Vlot met IT systemen
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels
  • Rijbewijs B
