Een gevestigde verzekeringsmakelaar in Izegem is op zoek naar een Schadebeheerder om het team van 7 medewerkers te versterken. Het kantoor focust op bouw-, transport- en bedrijfsverzekeringen en zet ondernemende klanten steeds centraal. Er wordt gezocht naar een gemotiveerde medewerker die wil meebouwen aan de verdere groei en expertise van het kantoor.

Jouw functie als Schadebeheerder Als schadebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van schadedossiers, van aangifte tot definitieve afhandeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij schadegevallen en begeleidt hen op een duidelijke manier doorheen het volledige proces. Je onderhoudt contact met verzekeringsmaatschappijen, experten en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van elk dossier. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en empathisch vermogen kan je snel schakelen en bied je klanten ondersteuning op momenten die er echt toe doen.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Kennis van Brio is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een brede kennis van bedrijfsverzekeringen en begrijpt perfect de noden van een KMO-klant.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de opvolging en het beheer van wagenparken van bedrijven.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt gedreven en met passie.
  • Je bent bereid om flexibel om te gaan met je werkuren wanneer de situatie dat vraagt.
