Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een schadebeheerder die bedrijfsdossiers met zorg, kennis en empathie aanpakt.

Je takenpakket

  • Openen, analyseren en opvolgen van schadedossiers in diverse bedrijfstakken (BA Uitbating & Na Levering, Alle Risico's, brand, transport, vloot, arbeidsongevallen, beroepsaansprakelijkheid, cyber, …)
  • Eerste contact met de klant na een schadegeval: luisteren, informeren en de juiste stappen uitzetten
  • Beoordelen van dekking op basis van polisvoorwaarden, algemene en bijzondere voorwaarden, en de geldende wetgeving
  • Onderhandelen met verzekeraars, tegenpartijen en experten om tot een correcte regeling te komen
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van expertises, minnelijke schikkingen en juridische procedures
  • Opstellen van briefwisseling, ingebrekestellingen en dadingsvoorstellen
  • Bewaken van termijnen, reserveringen en provisies binnen het dossier
  • Proactief de klant informeren over de stand van zaken en, waar relevant, terugkoppelen naar de accountmanager voor preventieadvies

Je profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma (rechten, verzekeringen, bedrijfsmanagement) óf relevante ervaring in een schadedienst, bij voorkeur in een B2B-context
  • Kennis van het Belgisch verzekeringsrecht en/of het gemeen recht is een sterke troef
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een duidelijke plus, gezien het internationale karakter van veel bedrijfsdossiers
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan meerdere dossiers parallel beheren zonder het overzicht te verliezen
  • Je bent een geboren communicator: empathisch en oplossingsgericht naar klanten, assertief en stevig in dossier naar tegenpartijen
  • PCP-attest (FSMA) of bereidheid om dit te behalen
  • Vlot met de gangbare kantoortoepassingen; ervaring met Brio, Portima of een vergelijkbaar makelaarspakket is mooi meegenomen
