Voor onze klant, een professioneel en groeiend verzekeringskantoor, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste schadebeheerder die mee wil bouwen aan de toekomst van het kantoor. In deze gevarieerde functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en beheren van schadedossiers en sta je klanten bij wanneer zij hulp nodig hebben. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een sterke klantgerichte aanpak. Je komt terecht in een hecht en stabiel team waar samenwerking, open communicatie en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan. Het kantoor is ruim, lichtrijk en ergonomisch ingericht, zodat je in een comfortabele werkomgeving aan de slag kan.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van schadedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Klanten telefonisch en via mail begeleiden bij schadegevallen.
  • Contact onderhouden met verzekeraars, experten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van dossiers in het systeem.
  • Klanten correct informeren over de stand van hun dossier en mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Actief meedenken om dossiers efficiënt en klantgericht af te handelen.
