Wil jij iets betekenen voor klanten op momenten die écht tellen? Versterk dan ons team als Schadebeheerder Health. In deze rol zorg je voor een vlotte, correcte en mensgerichte afhandeling van healthdossiers.

Je werkt samen met collega’s die er voor elkaar zijn en een flinke dosis humor hebben. Ons gezamenlijke doel is helder: klanten ontzorgen. Dat begint bij naar hen luisteren, hen gerust te stellen en hen vervolgens zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Collega’s van 24Plus behandelen de eerstelijnsvragen en regelen de aangiftes. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten die de klanten ons bezorgen verwerkt en uitbetaald worden.
  • Hiervoor heb je de ondersteuning van collega’s in Brno, die de eenvoudige verwerking van documenten doen.
  • Regelmatig beantwoord je telefonische vragen van klanten. We werken hiervoor met een beurtrolsysteem.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een medische richting en een warm hart voor mensen.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in het behandelen van claims rond gezondheid ( hospitalisatie- en gewaarborgd inkomenverzekeringen.) Ook met een ruime medische achtergrond of voldoende medische kennis en voeling met de medische wereld kan de opleiding on-the-job vlot verlopen.
  • Je staat klanten graag te woord en helpt hen op een professionele manier verder. Dat doe je vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Net zoals je collega’s, hou je ervan om doelen te bereiken als team. Je weet van aanpakken, leert graag bij en vindt kennis delen belangrijk.
  • Je weet dat het werk ‘nooit af’ is, maar vindt daarin een goed evenwicht. Een goede werk-privébalans vinden wij even belangrijk als jij.
