TVM Belgium is voor haar afdeling Schade Materieel Buitenland op zoek naar een schadebeheerder voor de behandeling van schades met een internationaal karakter.

Ben jij een ervaren schadebeheerder die energie krijgt van uitdagende dossiers? Hou je ervan om te analyseren, de juiste beslissingen te nemen en het verschil te maken voor klanten en makelaars? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

Voor ons team Materieel Buitenland zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse schadebeheerder. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerd team dat materiële schadedossiers behandelt met een internationaal karakter. Het team staat in voor de afhandeling van dossiers van TVM België, waarbij Belgische verzekerden betrokken zijn bij een schadegeval in het buitenland, én van dossiers van TVM Nederland, waarbij Nederlandse verzekerden een schadegeval hebben binnen België. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een correcte, efficiënte en klantgerichte behandeling van zowel eenvoudige als complexe dossiers binnen een internationale context.

In deze functie neem je écht eigenaarschap over je schadedossiers. Je analyseert, onderhandelt en neemt beslissingen, met één doel: elke schade zo correct, efficiënt en klantgericht mogelijk afhandelen.

Je:

  • behandelt zelfstandig materiële BA-autoschaden binnen het kader van de Groene Kaart-overeenkomst of de 4de Richtlijn Motorrijtuigen;
  • bent een aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en klanten en begeleidt hen telefonisch doorheen de behandeling en opvolging van hun schadedossier;
  • analyseert de schade, schakelt waar nodig deskundigen in en onderhandelt met tegenpartijen om tot een correcte oplossing te komen;
  • bewaakt de voortgang van je dossiers en zorgt voor een efficiënte en nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging;
  • neemt initiatief en speelt flexibel in op wat nodig is om dossiers vlot en kwalitatief af te handelen;
  • werkt nauw samen met je collega's en draagt actief bij aan een goede samenwerking en efficiënte werking binnen de afdeling;
  • ondersteunt mee bij algemene en administratieve taken binnen het team;
  • rapporteert aan de afdelingsleiding.

Je combineert een stevige inhoudelijke basis met een klantgerichte en analytische aanpak. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt nauwkeurig en weet ook in complexe situaties het overzicht te bewaren.

Je:

  • beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in Financiën & Verzekeringswezen;
  • hebt ongeveer drie jaar ervaring in het schadebeheer van BA-auto;
  • hebt interesse in of kennis van auto's en vrachtwagens; dat is mooi meegenomen;
  • hebt kennis van het verkeersreglement en het extra-contractueel aansprakelijkheidsrecht;
  • communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • hebt bij voorkeur ook een goede kennis van het Duits en Engels;
  • werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Word en Outlook;
  • communiceert helder en overtuigend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet snel tot de essentie van een dossier te komen;
  • bent een echte teamplayer en legt gemakkelijk contact met collega's en andere betrokkenen;
  • stelt de klant centraal en zoekt naar oplossingen die voor alle partijen werken;
  • bent sterk in onderhandelen en weet op een constructieve manier tot een akkoord te komen.
