Als schadebeheerder transportverzekeringen neem je verschillende schadedossiers op en volg je deze nauwgezet op van begin tot einde.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je opent, analyseert en behandelt schadedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert documenten zoals CMR-vrachtbrieven, facturen en schadebewijzen.
  • Je onderzoekt de omstandigheden en oorzaak van een schadegeval en brengt de mogelijke aansprakelijkheid in kaart.
  • Je beoordeelt dossiers aan de hand van CMR-regelgeving, verzekeringsvoorwaarden en Incoterms.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, verzekeraars, experten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je volgt claims actief op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende dossiers en neemt initiatief om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Je registreert alle relevante informatie en communicatie zorgvuldig in het dossier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren claims advisor en bouwt zo verder kennis op rond claims, CMR en transportverzekeringen.

Een typische schade kan bijvoorbeeld ontstaan tijdens verschillende schakels van een transport. Jij onderzoekt dan waar het precies misliep, welke afspraken van toepassing zijn en bij welke partij de verantwoordelijkheid ligt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag zaken uitpluist en zich wil verdiepen in schadebeheer.

  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt ervan om dossiers grondig te onderzoeken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en onderhoudt graag contact met verschillende partijen.
  • Je kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in verzekeringen, transport en schadebeheer.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen, schadebeheer, administratie of customer service is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Een bacheloropleiding is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in CMR, Incoterms en transportverzekeringen.
