Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Als schadebeheerder volg je schadedossiers van klanten op van begin tot einde. Het gaat vooral om particulieren, maar soms ook om bedrijven. Je helpt klanten bij vragen over hun schade en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van hun dossier.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en begeleidt hen tijdens de afhandeling van hun schadedossier.
  • Je bekijkt schadeaangiftes zorgvuldig en zorgt voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling van de dossiers.
  • Je voert alle bijhorende administratieve taken nauwkeurig en op tijd uit.
  • Je communiceert op een professionele en vriendelijke manier met klanten, verzekeraars, experten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je volgt je dossiers zelfstandig op en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en deadlines worden nageleefd.
  • Je overlegt indien nodig met onze accountmanagers over lopende dossiers.
  • Je geeft feedback over de manier waarop verzekeraars schadegevallen behandelen en over de kwaliteit van de verzekeringspolissen.
  • Je hebt oog voor klachten, verbeterpunten en kansen.

Wat zijn jouw vaardigheden?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor financiën en verzekeringen of kan terugblikken op relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring in schadebeheer of verzekeringen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Je krijgt een goede opleiding.
  • Je hebt interesse in verschillende BOAR-verzekeringen of bent bereid hierover bij te leren.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, luistert goed en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je volgt taken en deadlines goed op.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans of het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan goed werken met een computer en de courante MS Office-toepassingen. Kennis van Brio is een pluspunt.
