Voor een verzekeringskantoor regio Gistel zoeken we een schadebeheerder die dossiers correct opvolgt en klanten duidelijk begeleidt. Je bent iemand die structuur bewaart, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en rustig blijft wanneer klanten vooral antwoorden willen.

Functieomschrijving

Als schadebeheerder volg je schadedossiers op van aangifte tot afsluiting.

Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze staan en dat dossiers correct verwerkt worden.

Je takenpakket:

  • Schadedossiers beheren van A tot Z
  • Schadegevallen analyseren en aansprakelijkheden bekijken
  • Informatie opvragen bij klanten, experten en maatschappijen
  • Controleren welke garanties van toepassing zijn
  • Klanten correct informeren en begeleiden
  • Dossiers administratief opvolgen en verwerken in het systeem
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van schade, productie en sales
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werking binnen de schadeafdeling

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, maatschappij en dossier.

Geen puur administratieve functie dus. Wel veel contact en verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Ervaring in schadebeheer is een sterke plus
  • Of je bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen
  • PCP attest is een plus of je bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je spreekt voldoende Frans om klanten professioneel te helpen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je communiceert klantgericht en correct
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers goed op
  • Je behoudt overzicht en werkt zelfstandig
  • Collegialiteit en betrouwbaarheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
