The posting

Een schadegeval is voor klanten vaak stress. Voor jou hoeft het dat niet te zijn.

Voor een onafhankelijk verzekeringskantoor zoeken we een schadebeheerder die dossiers correct opvolgt, helder communiceert en het overzicht bewaart wanneer anderen dat even kwijt zijn.

Geen puur administratieve functie waarbij je stilletjes in een hoekje dossiers verwerkt. Wel een job met verantwoordelijkheid, klantencontact en veel afwisseling.

Wat ga je doen?

Als schadebeheerder volg je schadedossiers op van A tot Z voor particulieren en KMO-klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier correct, vlot en professioneel behandeld wordt.

Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, experten, maatschappijen en tegenpartijen. Communicatie is dus minstens even belangrijk als administratie.

Jouw taken:

• Openen en opvolgen van nieuwe schadedossiers

• Administratieve verwerking van dossiers

• Contact onderhouden met klanten, verzekeraars, experten en tegenpartijen

• Expertises mee opvolgen of ter plaatse ondersteunen

• Klanten informeren over de voortgang van hun dossier

• Dossiers correct en gestructureerd beheren

• Mee zoeken naar oplossingen bij complexe situaties

• Werken met digitale beheersystemen en verzekeringssoftware

Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar mensen samenwerken, elkaar helpen en waar klanten nog effectief iemand aan de lijn krijgen die meedenkt.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of relevante ervaring binnen verzekeringen of administratie

• Ervaring in schadebeheer is een sterke plus

• Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig

• Je bent communicatief en stressbestendig

• Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen

• Je werkt vlot met computersystemen

• Kennis van Brio is mooi meegenomen

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft professioneel communiceren, ook in moeilijke situaties

• Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook goed in team
