Die zich dagelijks 100% inzetten om hun klanten tevreden te stellen en een positieve werksfeer te creëren . De zaakvoerders lieten de groep groeien via fusies en overnames tot de gereputeerde, sterke speler die ze op heden zijn. Zowel particuliere klanten als ondernemingen behoren tot hun doelgroep. Er worden af en toe teamactiviteiten georganiseerd en de cultuur kan het best omschreven worden als "no-nonsense": open, eerlijk en een vlakke structuur. Jouw functie als Schadebeheerder Vloot De functie omvat het volledig en zelfstandig beheren van schadedossiers binnen vlootverzekeringen, van de eerste melding tot de definitieve afhandeling. Je onderzoekt grondig de verzekeringsdekking en aansprakelijkheid, maakt correcte inschattingen van schadeverdelingen en volgt elk dossier nauwgezet op. Daarbij onderhoud je actief contact en onderhandel je met verschillende betrokken partijen zoals verzekeraars, experten en leasingmaatschappijen om tot een optimale oplossing te komen. Je hebt een sterke focus op snelheid en efficiëntie, omdat je begrijpt dat stilstand van voertuigen een directe impact heeft op de bedrijfsvoering van klanten. Daarom zorg je ervoor dat dossiers vlot doorstromen en klanten zo snel mogelijk weer mobiel zijn. Tegelijk ben je hun eerste aanspreekpunt: je communiceert helder, geeft gericht advies en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige proces. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan individuele dossiers. Je analyseert terugkerende schadepatronen, signaleert risico’s en denkt proactief mee over preventieve maatregelen en een efficiënter wagenparkbeheer. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega’s om een geïntegreerde en klantgerichte dienstverlening te bieden.

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als schadebeheerder, met sterke focus op vloot
  • Kennis van leasingstructuren, vlootpolissen en aansprakelijkheidskwesties is een grote troef
  • Je denkt klantgericht maar handelt ook resultaatgedreven en pragmatisch
  • Bent sterk in dossieranalyse, communicatie en kan complexe situaties helder uitleggen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook bij grotere volumes
  • Digitale tools (MS Office, BRIO…) gebruik je vlot
  • Je neemt ownership over je dossiers en denkt proactief mee met klant en team
