Ben jij de schadeadviseur die het leuk vindt om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de gehele werkvoorbereiding en de administratieve afwikkeling van alle schadedossiers? Dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we bij Schadenet De Koning zoeken! - Je stelt schadecalculaties op - Geen dag is hetzelfde! - Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en de collega's van de werkplaats Wat ga je doen als schadecalculator? Als schadecalculator zorg je ervoor dat de klanten de ingeleverde schadevoertuig weer in perfecte staat terug ontvangt. Hoe ga je dat doen? Wanneer je een schadevoertuig inneemt ga je schadecalculaties opstellen waarbij je de schadelast probeert te beperken. Je plant de werkzaamheden en door je gedegen werkvoorbereiding en accurate nacalculatie zorg je ervoor dat alle interne en externe afspraken worden nagekomen. Je volgt de werkzaamheden en de voortgang hiervan en informeert de klant. Wanneer de schade hersteld is lever je de auto af aan de klant. Door je goede communicatieve vaardigheden ga je vriendelijk en zakelijk met alle klanten om. Ben jij de nieuwe collega die wij zoeken? Uiteraard hoeven we je niet te vertellen dat je gek bent op auto's. Als schadecalculator ben je het aanspreekpunt van de klant en zorg jij ervoor dat de klant uiterst tevreden is. Een representatief voorkomen is dus belangrijk. Wil jij bij ons komen werken? Dan vragen wij ook: - een MBO 4+/HBO denkniveau; - ervaring als schadehersteller of calculator is een pré. Wat kan je van ons verwachten? Binnen ons bedrijf kom je te werken in een enthousiast en collegiaal team. Naast een serieuze werkhouding vinden wij de sfeer erg belangrijk.
