Als Schadecalculator bij Van Poelgeest Autoschade speel jij een belangrijke rol in het schadeherstelproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het herstel van A tot Z goed wordt voorbereid en georganiseerd. Je ontvangt klanten met schade, inventariseert de schade en maakt het schadedossier compleet. Vervolgens stel je de schadecalculatie op en zorg je voor een goede planning van de werkzaamheden. Je bewaakt de voortgang, koopt indien nodig onderdelen in en regelt het vervangend vervoer. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met de frontoffice adviseurs van onze vestigingen en stem je de werkzaamheden goed met hen af. Dankzij jouw organisatorische kwaliteiten, oog voor detail en goede communicatie zorg je ervoor dat iedere schade soepel en professioneel wordt afgehandeld - voor de klant én voor je collega's.
