Voor een vooraanstaande, internationale logistieke speler in de Haven van Zeebrugge zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en nauwkeurige Schadecontroleur Voertuigen. Functieoverzicht

  • Locatie: Zeebrugge (werkomgeving op diverse terminals)
  • Contract: Voltijds (38u/week) – optie vast / onbepaalde duur
  • Uurrooster: Flexibel (dagwerk, AM/PM-shifts, weekendwerk en overuren)
  • Werkomgeving: Buitenlucht

Wat ga je doen?

Als Schadecontroleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren van nieuwe commerciële voertuigen na lossing van schepen, treinen en trucks. Je zorgt ervoor dat eventuele transportschades nauwkeurig worden opgemerkt en verwerkt volgens strikte procedures.

  • Inspectie & Controle: Je voert kwaliteits- en schadecontroles uit op nieuwe voertuigen volgens specifieke merkinstructies en standaarden.
  • Evaluatie: Je beoordeelt de vastgestelde schade en bepaalt de juiste herstelmethode.
  • Digitale Rapportering: Je documenteert alle schades met een digitaal toestel (foto’s en duidelijke beschrijvingen) en maakt de vereiste documenten op per merk of klant.
  • Communicatie: Je stemt af met externe partijen (zoals truckchauffeurs en externe surveyors) en interne diensten (technische dienst, scanners, pleinplanning) over de verantwoordelijkheid van de schade.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je volgt de standaard kwaliteitsregels en SOP’s nauwgezet op en ondersteunt het kwaliteit-, veiligheid- en milieumanagementsysteem.

ProfielWie zoeken wij?

Technische competenties:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een havenomgeving en/of ervaring met schadecontrole op nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven). Basiskennis van het Frans is vereist (kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt).

Functiespecifieke competenties:

  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, efficiënt en met een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en handelt discreet.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld qua werktijden (ploegen, weekend, overuren) en werkt graag in de buitenlucht.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als vlot in teamverband werken.
