Onze diensten zijn divers en vragen om specifieke kwalificaties op de werkvloer; een accurate inschatting van de kennis van onze mensen én de specifieke verwachtingen van de klant is voor ons een absolute prioriteit.

Om deze dynamische match dagelijks in goede banen te leiden, zoeken wij voor ons kantoor in Mechelen, in het kader van onze sterke groei een Scheduler / Planner (Regio Vlaanderen).

Over de functie

Als Scheduler draagt u de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een gestroomlijnde en efficiënte planning van onze kerndiensten: Predictive Maintenance (PDM), Reliability en Lubrication. U komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin u grondig wordt ingewerkt om het planningsproces zelfstandig en optimaal te sturen.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Efficiënte planning opstellen: Het optimaal inplannen van onze medewerkers bij klanten in heel Vlaanderen voor PDM, Reliability en Lubrication.
  • Proactief bijsturen: Het snel, flexibel en adequaat opvangen van dringende of onverwachte planningswijzigingen.
  • Interne afstemming: Nauw samenwerken met interne belanghebbenden, waaronder Directors en Teamleaders, om de bezetting continu te optimaliseren.
  • Centraal aanspreekpunt: Fungeren als de primaire vraagbaak voor alle planningsgerelateerde kwesties binnen de organisatie.

  • Oplossingsgericht: U analyseert complexe vraagstukken snel en vindt steeds de meest efficiënte planningspuzzel.
  • Stressbestendig: U behoudt de rust en het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten onverwacht verschuiven.
  • Communicatief vaardig: U communiceert helder, correct en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Flexibele instelling: U heeft een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en begrijpt dat acute planningswijzigingen incidenteel buiten de reguliere kantooruren opvolging vereisen.
  • Nauwkeurig: U beschikt over een sterk geheugen en bewaart moeiteloos het overzicht in een gedetailleerde informatiestroom.
  • Pluspunt: Kennis van of ervaring met onze specifieke dienstverlening is een duidelijke troef, maar geen vereiste.
