Als Scheepswerktuigkundige ben jij samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor alle technische installaties aan boord van het schip. Je werkt niet alleen in de machinekamer, maar krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende technische systemen en installaties. Geen dag is hetzelfde binnen deze uitdagende maritieme functie. Hieronder lees je wat jouw werkzaamheden zijn: Hier volgen enkele belangrijke taken: • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines en technische installaties; • Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van reparaties aan boord; • Inspecteren van technische systemen en rapporteren van defecten; • Meedenken over verbeteringen aan technische installaties en processen; • Zorgdragen voor veiligheid en naleving van de geldende regelgeving aan boord Wat heb je nodig? Ben jij technisch sterk, werk jij graag in teamverband en heb jij affiniteit met de scheepvaart? Voor deze functie als Scheepswerktuigkundige zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die beschikt over de juiste kennis en certificeringen. Bekijk hieronder de functie-eisen: Hier volgen de vereisten: • Afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding Maroff, WTK of Scheepswerktuigkunde; • In het bezit van een vaarbevoegdheid 'Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch - All Ships'; • Beschikt over geldige STCW-certificaten; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; • Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
