Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een scheepvaartcoördinator. In deze afwisselende functie zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom de aankomst, het verblijf en het vertrek van schepen goed geregeld is. Je hebt contact met verschillende partijen, verwerkt documenten en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Wat ga je doen als scheepvaartcoördinator? - Onderhouden van contact met schepen, rederijen, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Voorbereiden en coördineren van werkzaamheden rondom schepen, lading en bemanning; - Verzorgen van het in- en uitklaren van schepen en verwerken van de bijbehorende documenten; - Uitvoeren van scheepsbezoeken en regelen van zaken rondom de bemanning; - Bijhouden van administratieve gegevens, opstellen van rapportages en zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften verlopen. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van (haven)logistiek of transport, en beschikt over rijbewijs B. - Met jouw kennis van (haven)logistiek en scheepvaart weet je hoe de processen binnen de haven verlopen. - Je bent bereid om in dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten te werken en kunt goed communiceren in het Engels. Duits is een pré. - Door jouw nauwkeurige en klantgerichte werkwijze, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis van Microsoft Office werk je efficiënt en zelfstandig. - Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig, initiatiefrijk en oplossingsgericht.
