Am Produktionsstandort Schrems erweitern wir a... 1 Schichtführer_in Verteilerbau (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Arbeitsschutzvorgaben sowie interner Sicherheits- und Eaton-Standards (z. B. SLPA, Near Miss, MESH, Ethik-Dialoge, Ideenmanagement eStars, Qualifikationsmatrizen) * Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Menge, Termine, Kosten und Qualität innerhalb der Schicht inklusive Durchführung von TIER-1-Meetings * Einarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Mitarbeitergespräche * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Schichtteams, einschließlich Urlaubsfreigaben, Abwesenheitsmanagement, Arbeitseinteilung sowie täglicher Abstimmung mit anderen Schichtführer:innen * Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Rüstvorgängen und Anlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltung und angrenzenden Bereichen * Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Schichtübergabe, transparenter Informationsweitergabe sowie Eskalation sicherheitsrelevanter oder nicht lösbarer Themen * Förderung einer offenen Ideen- und Verbesserungskultur, insbesondere durch Ermutigung der Mitarbeitenden, eigene Ideen einzubringen

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung kombiniert mit langjähriger Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position * Normenkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit der Normenreihe DIN EN 61439 und den Anforderungen an die Designverifizierung * Erfahrung im Bau von Niederspannungs-Schaltanlagen * Teamführung & Steuerung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von Facharbeitern * Qualitätssicherung nach IEC 61439: Überwachung der normgerechten Fertigung zur Einhaltung des Bauartnachweises * Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * Hohes Maß an Motivation, Genauigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft * Durchsetzungsvermögen, Resilienz und Eigenständigkeit * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt bei einer Einstufung in die Gruppe E / GS € 3.348,62 brutto pro Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung angedacht. Automatische Vorrückungen und eine damit einhergehende Erhöhung des Lohnes nach 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 Jahren sind im Kollektivvertrag geregelt.
