Wir suchen für den Raum Traismauer 1 Schichtführer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Ein Team von 9 bis 10 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in der Schicht führen und einteilen

* Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in deiner Schicht sorgen

* Neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen einschulen

* Bei Störungen die Ursache suchen und die Behebung organisieren (Störungsmanagement)

* Schichtübergabe machen und Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten festhalten

* Auf Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Qualität achten

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung als Schichtführer, Vorarbeiter oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion

* Erfahrung darin, ein Team zu führen und klare Ansagen zu machen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb

* Führerschein B und Privatpkw von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse, mit denen du dein Team anleiten und dich mit der Produktionsleitung abstimmen kannst

* Technisches Verständnis und eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Pünktlichkeit und ein verlässliches Auftreten

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich. Liegt der Referenzlohn im Beschäftigerbetrieb höher, bekommst du den höheren Lohn (§ 10 AÜG).
