Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3500 brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich

Dir macht Spaß:

- Fachliche und administrative Führung des Schichtteams sowie personelle Schichteinteilung

- Koordination und Verantwortung der operativen, systemischen und administrativen Logistikprozesse im Tagesbetrieb

- Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Versorgung des Kunden

- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunde, Warehouse Associate Lead und Mitarbeiter im Tagesgeschäft

- Optimierung und Überwachung der Logistikprozesse sowie aktive Problemlösung

- Kontrolle der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsrichtlinien

- Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Schichtübergabe

- Einhaltung aller relevanten rechtlichen Vorschriften

- Aufzeigen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungspotenzialen (kontinuierliche Verbesserung)

- Meldung von Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsbedarf an die Instandhaltung

Das zeichnet dich aus:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder in ähnlichen Bereichen

- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie Scannertechnik

- Körperliche Fitness und Belastbarkeit für die täglichen Aufgaben

- Deutschkenntnisse entsprechend der Tätigkeit (z. B. zum Verständnis von Dokumenten und Arbeitsanweisungen)

- Organisatorisches Geschick, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

- Kommunikationsstärke und Vorbildfunktion, kundenortientiert

- Staplerschein von Vorteil

- Englisch ¿Kenntnisse (B2) ¿wünschenswert
