Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Sattledt suchen wir 1 Schichtleiter_in in der System Logistik Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Leitung deiner Schicht im Bereich System Logistik. Du koordinierst sämtliche Aufträge, stellst die termingerechte Abwicklung sicher und sorgst dafür, dass alle Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. Durch eine effiziente Einsatzplanung nutzt du die Stärken deines Teams optimal und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Warenfluss im gesamten Schichtablauf.

Zudem trägst du Verantwortung für ein sicheres und sauberes Arbeitsumfeld und achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien. Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in Abläufen, setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um und unterstützt aktiv den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess. Mit klarer Aufgabenverteilung, transparenter Kommunikation und einer motivierenden Führung stärkst du die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb deines Teams und trägst wesentlich zu einer zuverlässigen Logistikabwicklung bei.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten logistischen Verständnis

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen stets den Überblick

* Motivationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Hands-on Mentalität

* Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schicht)

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.009,82 und € 3.850,90 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab. Hinzu kommen ein Vorarbeiterzuschlag in der Höhe von zehn Prozent vom Monatslohn und eine attraktive Schichtzulage in der Höhe von durchschnittlich 500,- Euro brutto im 3-Schichtbetrieb.
