Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Schichtleiter_in (m/w/d) - Burger King Salzburg Hbf Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellen von BURGER KING® Standards, Produktsicherheit & Hygiene

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Zubereitung und beim Verkauf unserer Produkte

* Einteilung des Teams nach Dienstplan & Motivation der Mitarbeiter

* Training neuer Kolleg*innen

* Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit

* Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche & Unterstützung des Restaurant Managers

* Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

* Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in (System-)Gastronomie wünschenswert

* Flexibel, belastbar & souverän unter Stress

* Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
