Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Schichtleitung Konditorei Als Schichtleitung in unserer Konditorei übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf innerhalb deiner Schicht. Du planst, organisierst und koordinierst die täglichen Produktionsziele gemeinsam mit der Produktionsleitung und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte termingerecht, in der geforderten Menge und in höchster Qualität hergestellt werden. Dabei überwachst du die Herstellung, Verarbeitung, Verpackung und Dekoration verschiedenster Konditoreiwaren und sorgst für die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Du koordinierst den Einsatz von Mitarbeitenden und Produktionsanlagen, kontrollierst laufend die Produktqualität sowie die Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Arbeitsbereichen und sorgst für die Bereitstellung der benötigten Materialien. Gleichzeitig begleitest du die Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen, unterstützt die Optimierung von Prozessen und Anlagen sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Sicherheits- und Qualitätskultur.

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor*in, Köchin/Koch oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb der Lebensmittelbranche

* Fundiertes Verständnis für Produktions- und Organisationsprozesse

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
