Als schilder bij SW Vastgoedverbetering werk je aan diverse schilderprojecten in de regio Twente. Dankzij onze jarenlange samenwerkingen met voornamelijk woningcorporaties draag jij bij aan het onderhoud en de verbetering van woningen. Samen met een team van ervaren schilders, timmerkrachten en uitvoerders zorg je ervoor dat ieder project vakkundig wordt uitgevoerd en aan de juiste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet. Je werkt in een bewoonde omgeving, wat vraagt om uitstekende sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Jij weet je goed in te leven in de situatie van de bewoners en stemt de werkzaamheden in overleg met hen af. Jouw streven naar kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid maken jou trots op het eindresultaat: pas als de bewoner tevreden is, ben jij dat ook!
