Met ongeveer vijftig vakmensen zorgen we voor schilderwerk, houtrotreparatie, deelvervanging van houtwerk en restauratie waar dat nodig is. We onderhouden vastgoed zodat eigenaren er geen omkijken naar hebben. Je draait mee met een buddy. Die laat je zien hoe wij schilderwerk aanpakken, hoe we houtrotreparatie netjes uitvoeren en hoe we samen het eindresultaat controleren. Overleggen doen we kort. Daarna weer door. Onze projecten variëren van complete woonblokken voor een investeerder tot onderhoud aan zorgvastgoed en renovatie van bedrijfspanden. Restauratie van oudere gebouwen hoort daar ook bij. En onthoud: een nieuwe kwast blijft één dag nieuw, daarna is 'ie familie. De Baan Bij ons werk je als schilder altijd met een vaste collega. Een dag start met het controleren van de klus, het opsporen van houtrot en het schoonmaken van de oppervlakken. Daarna volgen de voorbereidingen zoals schuren, kitten en houtrotreparaties zodat alles klaar is voor gronden en aflakken. Het mooiste deel is het aflakken, wanneer het schilderwerk echt tot zijn recht komt. Onderweg kom je altijd verrassingen tegen, en soms lijkt het alsof de houtrot ons meer werk geeft dan het schilderwerk zelf maar hé, uitdaging accepted. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je praktisch bent en graag samenwerkt. Zo zorgen we dat ieder project er perfect uitziet, van onderhoud tot renovatie, en laat je elk stukje schilderwerk netjes achter.
