Actief Techniek is doorlopend op zoek naar ervaren ZZP schilders in Friesland! Hierbij hebben wij diverse projecten waarbij jij werkzaam kunt zijn. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn namelijk in diverse takken van de schilder branche actief. Dit kan voor de grote vastgoedpartijen zijn, maar ook voor een lokale zelfstandige die versterking zoekt! Ben jij voor een langdurige klus of kortstondig beschikbaar? Neem dan contact met ons op! Wat wij jou bieden - We betalen je factuur binnen 7 werkdagen; - We nemen de facturatie uit handen en factureren namens jou; - We hebben een groot netwerk onder mooie bedrijven in heel Friesland en we weten vaak als eerste waar nieuwe opdrachten zijn; - We helpen je aan meerdere opdrachtgevers, zodat je in dit opzicht als zzp'er aan de geldende richtlijnen voldoet; - Wij screenen opdrachtgevers op kredietwaardigheid; - Wij nemen deels je administratie uit handen en zorgen bijvoorbeeld voor goede dossiervorming voor de wet DBA. Wij zijn (branche)specialist in bemiddeling en we zijn helemaal op de hoogte van de geldende wet- en regelgeving. We kunnen je dus bijvoorbeeld helpen bij het opstellen van algemene leveringsvoorwaarden, van goedgekeurde modelovereenkomsten of van een RI&E-evaluatie Over de opdrachtgever Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar ZZP schilders die op zoek zijn naar een vaste of tijdelijke opdrachtgever voor in de volgende sectoren van de schilder branche: - Onderhoudssector; - Particuliere woningen; - Woningstichting; - Bedrijfspanden & overheidsgebouwen; - Monumentale panden & kerken; - Nieuwbouwsector; - Industrie- en chemielocaties (on- en offshore); - Jachtschilderwerk.
